Session Description:

Critical thinking is the lifeblood of the most essential workplace skills, including problem solving, decision making, good judgment, and sound analysis. Organizations that can attract, retain, and develop the best critical thinkers have a significant and measurable competitive advantage in the business world. Strategic HR leaders assess, interpret and apply complex data points and knowledge to future business needs and initiatives. In this session, participants will learn tactics to assess and anticipate the needs of the organization, and critically process strategic alternatives.

About the Speaker

Darrin Finley is a consultant, trainer, and executive coach with over 25 years of successful leadership, with experience in general business administration, operations, information technology, human resources, facilities management, and financial management.

Mr. Finley received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University.
