Session Description

Let’s face it – 2020 has offered up some serious challenges to our health and productivity.  If you’re feeling that your organization or team is out of sync, unbalanced, or just off the mark lately, this session is for you.  Utilizing the power of rhythm and virtual drumming (yes, you read that right), learn how your organization can renew its purpose and vision with a few key (even remote) skills:

·      Encourage and nurture an inclusive company culture

·      Establish trust through personal, individual authenticity

·      Communicate through the lens of what best serves the group

Enjoy a burst of innovation and inspiration in this hands-on virtual experience!

Learning Objectives

·      Explore three ways to improve employee remote workplace performance:  enhancing communication/relationships; increasing tolerance and highlighting cultural awareness and understanding; and building trust.

·      Learn about research on rhythm and the brain (how to manage stress even during a pandemic and help improve employee engagement and retention)

·      Commit to one specific activity you can add to your schedule to improve your creative output at work
