About the Speaker

Kirstie brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate health management, wellbeing and traditional wellness consulting to her clients. She helps employers across the nation develop health management programs that align with their overall strategies, while also managing a team of nine regionally based consultants. She joined Willis Towers Watson in 2013.

Kirstie’s foundational experience lies with HealthStart Inc., the consulting company she established in 1996. The company focused on driving wellness strategies designed to maintain program consistency for organizations with more than 1,000 employees across multiple geographies. She launched her broker/consultant work after a move to south Florida where she sat on several committees to further the wellbeing agenda for the state.

 

Kirstie’s expertise lies in:

·      All aspects of business operations with a concentration in health and benefits, health management, wellbeing and wellness

·      Design, delivery, development and implementation of program strategies for areas noted above

·      Strong client and vendor relationships

·      Understanding of carrier/broker relationships
